Chiropractic care coupled with progressive rehabilitation is the fastest way to get you results, and that is exactly what we offer at the Hometown Chiropractor. Services that we offer here extend beyond your standard adjustment, which include: myofascial release, PNF stretching, and corrective exercise. Very rarely does joint pain exist in a vacuum and it is our aim to help you feel your best. Our exams include an in-depth history, orthopedic assessment, postural assessment, and a motion assessment. The results of the history and examination will lend hand to a comprehensive report of findings and a plan of treatment.

Massage Therapy

Offered services include traditional Swedish Massage to promote relaxation, and targeted deep-tissue massage that focuses on releasing muscle tension in painful areas. The latter can help alleviate tension-headaches, nagging muscle aches in the back and shoulders, piriformis syndrome, IT-band syndrome, and plantar fasciitis. Our techniques are hands on with some use of gua-sha/scraping tools.

Hello everyone! My name is Drew Zimmerman, and I am a local chiropractor native to Murray. I graduated from Murray State University in 2017 with a BS in exercise science, and graduated from the University of Western States with a Doctorate of Chiropractic in 2021. With several years experience as a personal trainer and as a chiropractor it is my goal to use my knowledge to help you maximize your bodies god given potential. I do perform all of the fundamental treatments you would expect from a chiropractor, but I do have expertise in: - myofascial release (trigger point therapy) - low-force manipulation - extremity manipulation (shoulders/elbows/wrists/hips/knees/ankles) - physical rehabilitation and posture correction.
